Rob got Max to help him clean out the car the other day by telling him it was a game called "Trash it, or Keep it." It worked pretty well.
Max came in with a stack of papers and asked me if we should trash them or keep them.
"Trash them," I said.
"No, we should keep them," said Max.
"Okay," I said. It wasn't worth the argument.
Jane was sitting on the couch and she told me, "They're playing a game. It's called 'Keep the Trash.''
Sometimes she hits so squarely on the truth, it's scary.

Our nightly Routine
I do this.
They do this...until they finally decide theyre tired and get into bed.
